In my opinion I think it is a good home but it deserves a better environment. It is a cool property and so if I owned it I would make it a hobbit house. Make it next to the lake and put same glass to look into the lake and see the fish. With a diving pool that’s underground and is has lights on the side to light it up. It gives you an amazing view of the sunset and the ocean. You can see the whales tails with the dolphins jumping up and down.
